Christopher Duffy is the Auxiliary Services Director at MFI Recovery, where he has been instrumental in enhancing staff development Certified CPI Non-Violent Crisis intervention and Trauma-Informed Care trainer, overseeing the recovery residence program ensuring that residents are provided the supports necessary to assist in their transition to the community and be successful in their recovery journeys.
With a strong background in behavioral health, Christopher previously served as the Peer Services Director, where he successfully established a comprehensive peer support services program and developed policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
Christopher’s earlier experiences as a Senior Peer Support Specialist at Riverside University Health Systems—Behavioral Health included creating training curricula for peer support roles and implementing community outreach programs.
