Director of Nursing Services
Kimberly Arnett, FNP, has dedicated nearly 18 years to MFI, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Services. In this crucial role, Kimberly is responsible for the ongoing training of medical staff, ensuring they are well-versed in all aspects of client care, including the utilization of the electronic medical record system, adherence to policies and procedures, emergency response protocols, and detoxification processes.
Under her leadership, Kimberly and her team have played a key role in establishing several important initiatives at MFI, including the launch of Medication Assisted Treatment Services, the opening of the Wellness Center, and the development of the detoxification program. Her extensive experience began in the surgical intensive care unit of a trauma hospital as a Registered Nurse, where she honed her critical care skills. She later obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner license, allowing her to provide comprehensive health assistance to MFI’s clients.
Kimberly is passionately committed to advocating for her clients, addressing their health concerns, and supporting their journey towards recovery and wellness. Her goals focus on continuing to enhance the quality of care at MFI, ensuring that every client receives the compassionate and effective treatment they deserve.
